BILLING FREQUENCY

Your method of payment will be charged on or around the same day every month.

SHIPPING

One new kit will be shipped to you every two months (give or take a few days). Generally around the 15th of February, April, June, August, October, and December. In the event of postal service disruption preventing shipping of your schedule kit, the products will be added to the next shipment.

PRODUCT SELECTION

Product selection is at our discretion. We may also substitute products in the event of shortage of supplies.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no further package will be shipped to you, irrespective of the timing of your cancellation. No refund on subscriptions and cancellations.
